Responsible preparation for a trip consists of three elements: knowledge, prevention and a first aid kit. You can get them all from us! You will gain knowledge about the threats that await you during your trip during a consultation with Magda. Then you will determine which preventive vaccinations will be necessary before departure and which are unnecessary. You will also put together a first aid kit together to take what is necessary for the trip and leave at home what you do not need. Thanks to us, you will fully enjoy your trip!

What exactly do we offer as specialists a travel medicine ?

Our approach to travel medicine is comprehensive, it doesn’t end with a single piece of advice or a vaccination list. We offer three complementary elements that together allow you to set off into the world calmly, consciously and safely.

During an individual consultation, we will discuss your travel destination, travel style (e.g. off-grid, city break, family trip) and your health. Based on this, we will suggest recommended vaccinations, precautions and practical advice for a specific location.

💊Issuing prescriptions for necessary medications

Based on the consultation, we can issue you e-prescriptions for medications that are worth taking – e.g. antimalarials, antibiotics “just in case”, altitude sickness medications or digestive aids. We will also indicate how and when to use them so that they are effective and safe.

🧰 Completing a travel first aid kit

You don’t have to guess what to take, we’ll help you put together a first aid kit that’s perfectly suited to your trip. Equipment for trekking in Georgia looks different than for an expedition to the Amazon or a city break to Dubai. With us, you’ll only take what you really need.

Not every destination requires vaccinations, but many countries recommend or require them. During your consultation, we will advise you which vaccinations will be necessary for your destination.

It is best to consult at least 6-8 weeks before departure, especially if you are planning on vaccinations. Some require several doses at intervals, so the sooner the better.

It depends on the destination and local conditions, but a basic first aid kit should include: painkillers, anti-diarrheal, mosquito repellents, bandages and basic antibiotics. As part of the service, we will put together a first aid kit tailored to your trip.
